FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. How do I prepare for the call? After booking, please send photos of your rooms and, if available, floor plans to office@gooddesign.at. Also, please note your three most important questions. I'll take care of everything else: I'll review your documents before the appointment so we can make the most of the 60 minutes to find solutions. 2. I received a voucher – how do I redeem it? Congratulations – you've received a great gift! Simply book your preferred appointment and enter your voucher number (e.g., #GD-XX-0000) in the booking form. The voucher value of €150 will be automatically applied: You'll pay €400 instead of €550 including VAT. Please note the expiry date on your voucher. 3. Which properties are suitable for the call? Virtually all types: condominiums, houses, Airbnb or serviced apartments, investment properties, model apartments, offices, or individual rooms. The size of the property isn't the deciding factor; what matters is that you're facing design decisions. 4. What if 60 minutes isn't enough? For most questions, 60 focused minutes, including preparation, is surprisingly sufficient. Should your project require more time, you can always book a follow-up call – or we can discuss comprehensive design support from GOOD DESIGN. 5. Will I receive anything in writing? Yes – you'll receive your personalized shopping list, as well as a summary of the ideas and sketches developed during the call, via email afterward. 6. Is the call still worthwhile if I'm just starting out? Especially then. The most expensive mistakes happen at the beginning – with the floor plan, zoning, and the first major purchases. An hour of clarity at the start will save you a great deal of money later. 7. How does payment work? Payment is made directly upon booking. The appointment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
