Design that pays off.
For investors, portfolio holders and operators: interior design that noticeably improves rentals, reviews and returns.

What really pays off?
Sometimes my best recommendation is not to buy something.
- Which investment really pays off in rent, nightly rate and occupancy?
- How do I get more out of the floor plan with minimal effort?
- What is worth it when tenants change, during vacancy or renovation, and what can I skip?
- Which materials and furniture withstand guest use?
From floor plan to rent-ready flat.

Good to know.
When should I bring you in?
Ideally as early as possible, before purchase, renovation, sale or a change of tenant. Then we make the key decisions on layout, furnishing, materials and budget together, before they become expensive later. But even with properties already in operation, there is still a lot that can be improved.
What practical experience do you bring?
I come from rental operations myself and have set up and managed more than 100 serviced apartments and Airbnbs. That's why, with every design, I think about how it works day to day and what it brings for renting or selling.
How does my property become more attractive to tenants, guests or buyers?
With a concept that suits your target group, durable, easy-care materials, good lighting and an eye-catcher for the first photo. In the Good Design Call we go through this specifically for your property.
Is interior design worth it before selling?
Yes. With targeted renovations and a coherent concept, your property looks more high-end in photos and at viewings. I show you which measures are worth it and which aren't.
What does a fresh-up do for an existing property?
A targeted update of colours, textiles, lighting and styling improves the impression, photos and rental or sale price without refurnishing completely. Tailored to your budget.
Do you also work on multiple units?
Yes. With a furnishing line I develop a design that can be repeated in every further flat: easy purchasing, easy maintenance.
How does my property stand out from the competition?
With a design concept tailored precisely to your target group instead of interchangeable standard furnishings. Through selected partners I have access to materials and solutions that have proven themselves in everyday rental operation.
